Anne Meagher and David Michael Stimpson were appointed Joint & Several Liquidators of the company on 12 June 2014.
The company traded under the name “Organics Australia Online” and operated an online supermarket which maintained a website at www.oao.com.au.
The company’s business ceased trading on 14 April 2014 and there are numerous customer orders which were placed and paid for prior to the company’s cessation of trade but never honoured by the company.
The company’s records available to us indicate that you may have a claim in the liquidation as an unsecured creditor for orders which were not honoured by the company.
